Shuttering fixer • Rappahannock County, Virginia

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Rappahannock County, Virginia. You will work on a bridge and flyover project. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking On a typical shift you will seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $3,800 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
