Join our team: we are hiring a panel welder in West Berkshire, England. You will work at a steel fabrication workshop. Ideal candidate: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes The role involves: • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions Performance bonus on top of base pay.
