On the job you will handle: • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Season and marinate meat on request Ideal candidate: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Part-time with flexible hours.
