Pot washer wanted in Appomattox County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a pot washer in Appomattox County, Virginia. Ideal candidate: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Day-to-day duties: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures Rotating shifts.
