On the job you will handle: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
