Immediate opening: we are hiring a tyre technician in Carroll County, Virginia. You will be based in a commercial truck tyre depot. Ideal candidate: • Valid driving licence for mobile fitting roles • Comfortable working outdoors and in all weathers Your main tasks: • Carry out wheel alignment and adjust camber and toe • Replace faulty valves and reset TPMS sensors • Remove and refit hub caps and locking wheel nuts • Jack up vehicles safely and set them on axle stands • Balance wheels on a computerised wheel balancer and fit clip-on weights • Fit new tyres onto rims and seat the bead correctly 1+ years on the tools preferred.
