We are recruiting: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Greene County, Arkansas. You will work on an earthmoving and excavation site. You should have: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Understanding of safe digging near underground services Day to day you will carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; check for underground cables and services before digging; load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects.
