Lift installation engineer — Tallapoosa County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a lift installation engineer in Tallapoosa County, Alabama. You should have: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work Day to day you will run load and overload tests with test weights; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $5,100 per month, based on your experience.
