We are recruiting: we are hiring a baker in Shannon County, Missouri. Day-to-day duties: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Part-time with flexible hours.
