Halal butcher wanted in Duplin County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a halal butcher in Duplin County, North Carolina. You will work in a hotel or restaurant butchery. Day-to-day duties: • Season and marinate meat on request • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Full-time with occasional weekends.
