Great opportunity: we are hiring a fry cook in Wilkin County, Minnesota. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. On a typical shift you will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare the mise en place before each service; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency.
