We are recruiting: we are hiring a hand presser in Miami County, Ohio. The job is in a garment export house. Day-to-day duties: • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron Ideal candidate: • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
