Paint sprayer wanted in Bridgend county borough

Vacancy available: we are hiring a paint sprayer in Bridgend county borough, Wales. You will work on commercial fit-out projects. The role involves work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers; mix and tint paint to match colour swatches; cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns; clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job. You should have: • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
