The role involves: • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
