You should have: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Day-to-day duties: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
