Stainless steel welder — Lafayette County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Lafayette County, Mississippi. Ideal candidate: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage On the job you will handle: • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec • Back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
