Urgent requirement: sand plant operator (Wales)

Now hiring: we are hiring a sand plant operator in Rhondda Cynon Taf, Wales. The job is at an aluminium die-casting plant. Day-to-day duties: • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges • Maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings Requirements: • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling 2+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. £1,950 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
