Car electrician wanted in White County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a car electrician in White County, Illinois. The job is at a commercial vehicle fleet depot. Day-to-day duties: • Check charging system output and battery voltage • Trace and fix short circuits and earthing faults • Service power windows, mirrors and wiper motors • Test batteries, alternators and starter motors with a multimeter • Replace blown fuses, relays and faulty switches • Repair air-conditioning electrical controls Ideal candidate: • Skilled with multimeter, test lamp and diagnostic scanner • Able to read wiring diagrams confidently • Steady hands for soldering fine connections At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
