Join our team: we are hiring a refrigeration service engineer in Stanly County, North Carolina. You will be based at a busy refrigeration workshop. Ideal candidate: • ITI or diploma in refrigeration / RAC trade • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds Day-to-day duties: • Service split AC units and VRF systems • Trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution • Install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets • Read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges • Measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter 6+ years on the tools preferred. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
