Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Nnewi South, Anambra State. Your main tasks: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards 5+ years on the tools preferred.
