Vacancy available: chiller technician (Idaho)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a chiller technician in Minidoka County, Idaho. The job is at a supermarket cold-chain site. What we are looking for: • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds Day to day you will pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture; charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight; read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges; braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch; trace electrical circuits with a multimeter; check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
