The role involves: • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge • Set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work • Check walls for plumb and level as you go You should have: • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish Full-time with occasional weekends.
