Powder coating sprayer • Polk County, Missouri

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Polk County, Missouri. Day-to-day duties: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper What we are looking for: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
