Toolroom milling operator — Daviess County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Daviess County, Missouri. The role involves: • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter Requirements: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work Part-time with flexible hours.
