Join our team: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Lyon County, Nevada. What we are looking for: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium On a typical shift you will tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc. 1+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $2,500 per project, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
