What we are looking for: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure On a typical shift you will load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies. $260 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
