Window glazier wanted in Brighton and Hove

Vacancy available: we are hiring a window glazier in Brighton and Hove, England. You should have: • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely Day to day you will drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame; cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents; check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
