Ideal candidate: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Punctual, reliable and hard-working On the job you will handle: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
