Join our team: we are hiring a building site helper in Spencer County, Indiana. You will be based on a residential housing site. You will fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns; erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour; stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage. Ideal candidate: • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
