Now hiring: concrete shuttering carpenter (Kansas)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a concrete shuttering carpenter in Ford County, Kansas. What we are looking for: • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level Day to day you will set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
