Now hiring: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Marion County, Georgia. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. You will mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks. What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
