Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Lincoln County, North Carolina. What we are looking for: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting The role involves: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks Pay around $4,900 per month, based on your experience.
