Join our team: we are hiring a gas appliance installer in Pierce County, Washington. On the job you will handle: • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply What we are looking for: • Able to read isometric and site drawings • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
