Concrete placer wanted in Crawford County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a concrete placer in Crawford County, Michigan. You will work on a high-rise slab pour. Day-to-day duties: • Fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing You should have: • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $3,750 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
