Stainless steel welder wanted in Mellette County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Mellette County, South Dakota. Day-to-day duties: • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring) • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding Ideal candidate: • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection 4+ years on the tools preferred. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
