Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scullery hand in Blanco County, Texas. You will polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls. What we are looking for: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
