Your main tasks: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Full-time with occasional weekends.
