Flat roof installer wanted in Winnebago County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a flat roof installer in Winnebago County, Iowa. The job is at a roofing and cladding contractor. Day-to-day duties: • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs Requirements: • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day 1+ years on the tools preferred. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
