Great opportunity: we are hiring a cnc lathe setter in Hutchinson County, Texas. Ideal candidate: • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts The role involves top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; run first-off inspection and sign off the part; write and edit G-code programs at the control; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. We offer $4,900 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Contact us to fix an interview.
