We are recruiting: we are hiring a vehicle spray painter in Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. The job is at a busy body shop. On a typical shift you will compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing 4+ years on the tools preferred.
