We are recruiting: we are hiring a lift maintenance fitter in Morgan County, Utah. You will work in a machine room on the rooftop. Requirements: • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics Your main tasks: • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway 1+ years on the tools preferred.
