Line cook • Pearl River County, Mississippi

Join our team: we are hiring a line cook in Pearl River County, Mississippi. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Meals and transport allowance provided.
