Join our team: we are hiring a confectioner in Charles County, Maryland. You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen The role involves monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; score the top of loaves before baking; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight.
