Urgent requirement: MIG welder (Indiana)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a MIG welder in Vigo County, Indiana. You will work at a pipe and tank fabrication yard. Day-to-day duties: • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings Six days a week, one day off.
