Now hiring: we are hiring a concrete finisher in Washington County, Oklahoma. The job is at a ready-mix concrete plant. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules Day to day you will screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls; give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified; erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength. $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
