Lathe operator • Maury County, Tennessee

Immediate opening: we are hiring a lathe operator in Maury County, Tennessee. You will work on a production line. Your main tasks: • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
