Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pastry baker in Itu, Akwa Ibom State. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. The role involves: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to work early-morning and night shifts 6+ years on the tools preferred. ₦195,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
