Bread and bun maker wanted in North Ayrshire

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in North Ayrshire, Scotland. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. Your main tasks: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer £150 per day plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
