Gas installation technician wanted in Chatham County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gas installation technician in Chatham County, Georgia. You will be based in customers' homes and kitchens. You will complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation; fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls; install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation; purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate; test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser; braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints. You should have: • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration Full-time, day shift.
