Production line helper wanted in Dorset

Vacancy available: we are hiring a production line helper in Dorset, England. You will be based at a consumer goods manufacturing unit. Requirements: • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S • Careful handling of tools and components Your main tasks: • Clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench • Carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor Six days a week, one day off.
